APPEAL FOR ALISHA

Following the Christmas parcel appeal Regional Coordinator for Scotland has a very different appeal – to find a girl called Alisha!

“In January I received a bluey from a Fijian from 2 Duke of Lancaster’s currently deployed on Operation Tosca. Not only did he send a bluey to me thanking us all for his morale parcels but also to a girl named Alisha, he also enclosed a bluey for both her and her mum! I have numerous schools, clubs and individuals who donate parcels and cards to send to our soldiers/sailors/airmen and I have contacted everyone that I can but have been unable to find Alisha and so can only presume her card and parcel came as a random donation into one of my drop off points. I have posted an appeal on the Support Our Soldiers – Scotland Facebook page and here on the main web site in the hope that she sees this or someone who knows her does. It would be a shame if she never received her thanks from this soldier as he meant it to be passed on”.

If you know who Alisha is then please contact stirling@supportoursoldiers.org.uk
