‘Turkey Trotters’ Fundrasing For SOS

The Junior Ranks at RAF Scampton, Lincolnshire, put on a ‘Turkey Trot’ yesterday for a bit of fun and a social for the Camp. They also wanted to raise a bit of money for charity once all of their overheads had been met. They want their profits to go to SOS and have been inspired to up their efforts and raise a larger amount. Their target is £1000 with the profits from yesterday – £100 – being their starting point.

Personnel from RAF Scampton take part in their annual Turkey Trot fun run. The run is held to raise money for nominated station charities, this years being S.O.S. Save Our Soldiers.
